We will travel up to an hour and a half away from Woodstock, VA.
We do not remove the mulch. We spread it evenly over the work area for it to decompose.
Under normal conditions the mulch will be gone in 8-10 months. If the mulch layer is 12in. thick it will take longer.
Woodstock, VA.
Yes, we can grind them level with the ground, but not below the soil.
No, we will not.
That would depend on terrain, rock, and brush/tree density. In normal conditions 2+ acres a day. Give us a call or send a picture and I can give a rough estimate.
Nothing good. Rocks will dull our blades. That being said we are usually pretty good at avoiding them. Here in Virginia we get plenty of practice.
Yes they are.
No, the cost will remain the same. It is easier for us to price jobs in the winter but there is no cost difference.
I certainly can upon request, but our Facebook page (linked below) will have all the same videos.
We are going into our third year.
Yes we are. Upon request I can send a COI.
No, we stick to what we know best.
Yes. Although, if possible it’s cheaper to burn. We have to spread the pile with our excavator, and personally ensure there isnt any “debris” the teeth won’t like.
It all depends. If we happen to be in the area we may not ask for one. If we have to make a special trip $1800-$2000.
Yes. Give me a call describe the terrain, rock, and brush/tree density. I’ll do my best, but dont hold me to it.
We are a small company based in Woodstock, Virginia who prides ourselves on quality work and professionalism.
Our forestry mulcher is capable of grinding trees and brush up to 8in. diameter into a fine mulch that is spread and left to decompose on-site. The applications of this machine are as endless as its benefits. The cost per acre to clear with a forestry mulcher compared to traditional methods is much lower.
We do not have a set rate, just as no property is the same. Bidding by the job allows us to pay more attention to detail and deliver a beautiful finished product to our clients.
